We dont have curry leaves, can i use curry powder instead?

Hi xilen clev, if curry leaves are not available, I would recommend to omit it completely. Although I have not tried it myself, I think that the curry powder may add a different taste to the salted egg and bitter gourd. Please let me know how it goes if you do try it 😀 Happy cooking!
