This book so good I did not expect it, I really love it and it really made me look deep into my history, some parts were very hard to read I almost cried but it is overall 10/10‼️

Historical fiction is my favorite genre. If you're looking for a really good one, you should check out "Lovely War" by Julie Berry. Picture a love story, in the context of WW1, told from the perspective of Greek gods! I still have flashbacks lol!

Another good review. Anything on slavery and racism is always emotional but still a good reminder of an unpleasant part of the world's history. People really suffered because of these events. Painful but true!
