I am so right there with you on the food gifts from my garden this Christmas. I think its such a wonderful homey gift. I do make all my own Christmas gifts and cards. I am blessed to have the gift of creativity in sewing, crafting and gardening. I have always been a handmade girl from a young age. Thank you for sharing your gifts. My garden gifts this Christmas are dehydrated herbs, herb salts, teas, papaya, potted herb plants, garden gift baskets, rosemary oil, herb vinegar, simmer pot spices, dehydrated lemons, oranges, cinnamon apples which I had to purchase the fruit for. I also made chicken jerkey. I have those same people in my life that are interested in all the food that comes from my garden but they are not interested in gardening themselves. Merry Christmas and happy winter gardening from Donna in Sarasota. 😊 My two favorite gift baskets were the cold and wellness and the spa basket. I would love to grow luffa next summer and learn to make my own body products.

I’m doing a breakfast gift jar basket. Pancake mix, hot chocolate, syrup, corn muffins, whipped honey, a brownie mix and candied pecans. All stuff I made organically. Oh and I added in eggs, homemade vanilla and elderberry syrup.

Sounds amazing! Mixes are the best to have on hand.

Think the wellness one is great. Love to see how to make the bee balm tincture and the elderberry syrup. I too want to do this next year from my garden

I did something similar. I mixed uo what I gave but this are some of them: colloidal silver, "cream of anything" soup mix, cold/cough tea, immunity booster tea, healing salve, chai tea, rosemary and oregano infused oils. My coworkers loved them and I will definitely do it again next year!

I love all of these and would honestly love to get any of them as gifts. That strawberry banana jam sounds amazing. I’m definitely going to try the mulberry vinegar and the olive oil for myself, as well as some seasoned salts and spices. This is a goal for my garden as well once I get better at it and start to have more to harvest. I want to make these kinds of preserved things for myself and others. But these are all awesome gifts, and I’d love to know where you find all of these recipes. Also, don’t sell yourself short, you have a beautifully decorated home and you are very creative with your creations. I love to see what you come up with. Thank you for sharing these and have a great holiday!

I could not grow rosemary until my friend told me to plant in the ground and forget it. So it is now triple in size since I planted it 3 years ago. It stays great all winter.
