I was just saying to myself and then I thought I should just say it to you. The things I enjoy most about your Channel are the way you do things like the way the plastic wrapped packages crinkle when you pick them up, the way you take the tags off with that little scraper thing, the way you sand with your power sanders, the way you sand with your hand, and the way you mix does sweet Pickins paint, the way you apply the wax and even the way you wash items hot water and Dawn soap. So I thought I'd just tell you today. Thanks for all your hard work and the entertainment you provide and of course all of the things I've learned

In the late 50s and 60s, my mom wore Christmas corsages on her winter coat. That is a cozy, sweet memory of days past.😊

Nina, I agree. My mom, grandma & aunts all wore Christmas pins on their coats. I remember seeing the reflection of the rhinestones on the ceiling of the car, little rainbows. What a goofy memory, but it's comforting.

Dear Yvonne, I have been watching you for a while now and have been meaning to send you a comment forever, but I watch from my TV. But I got on computer today to make sure you received this for Christmas. So many people are not told how they affect others often enough. You are making an impact! Watching your passion with even the littlest of things gives so much joy. I truly believe we absolutely have to enjoy the small things. Your comments like "Be still my heart" makes me giggle. I am getting a space in January at a resale shop to sell my crafts. You inspire me so very much! I asked my 10 yr old granddaughter to watch your Christmas vignettes with me ...omg she got so excited. I just happened to have a Christmas tin and we started immediately decorating our tin. It turned out precious and we had so much fun together. I continually catch myself at thrift stores and antique places thinking omg Yvonne would love this. Now I even make mushroom vignettes...what have you done to me?? lol ! Just know you are a true artist, teacher, and inspiration to so many people. When I saw the little donkey/mule I had a flashback of hiking down the Grand Canyon many many years ago. They have mule trains that people ride on and the mule trains get to go on the inside of the trail and the hikers yield to the outside of the trail. The trail has no guardrails so it’s a 500 ft drop off. I didn’t know that rule when I started hiking and I’m afraid of heights. I started crying on the trail when the mule train leader was trying to get me to let go of the rocks and move to the outside. lol. They finally went around me because the mules were getting disturbed with all my crying lol. Good times! Lovely gifts and I know you will cherish each one plus all the packing material. You are truly a lovely person and so is Chris. May the Lord bless you both in 2025 richly.

All these items come from estate clean outs and I am the one who tries and save everything. I donate a lot of furnitire to different charities in my area.
