I always thought what happened was when Bishop signed with Dre but more importantly Interscope, it was in the contract they wouldn't put him out until Detox. And I know Bishop was grinding on Detox with Dre for years and we all know what happened to Detox and Bishop was basically put in purgatory with his career. Explains why he was leaking tracks to get some hype, probably pissed Interscope off, and he had to leave. Glad he has a good relationship with Dre now. Bishop is a real one.

Kendrick is good, but there is nothing that stand out thats so great about him. He isnt West Coast pioneer, I seen local artists that would destroy Kendrick.
