I can afford to fix my awake problems, never mind my sleep ones. If I can’t sleep I just flip over my pillow or bend into some godforsaken sleeping position that would make a decent exorcist cosplay. Also she should try sitting while she works. Standing puts extra pressure on your back.

Its weird people have expensive beds and accessories but no sleep... when i use to live in east i saw people sleeping anywhere even on a hard floor or woven single beds without any mattress... and had no back problems or sleep problems. More complicated technology more sleep disorders. Its not the bed its our lifestyle which makes our bodies and mind... peacful inside always makes a good night...

The worst mattress ever! Run away from memory foam mattress! They are terrible. They don’t expand after some time and it’s like you are sleeping in the hole. Only independent spring in every pocket mattress help you sleep well. And it should be a firm one as well and of course you can’t just roll it and ship in a box. You d have to get it delivered as is, using a truck.
