So many mentally ill people, he left his home state of Texas due to treatment by law enforcement, and landed in Georgia and I don't know if he is still there. Our world is fucked up. The US alone spends trillions of dollars on war and foreign aid relief packages but we can't put a program together to help the homeless. Especially those who have been in prison or jail, everyone makes mistakes and every person counts. Remember, Jesus Christ taught that what you do for the least of your brethren, you do for Him. That means quite simply in God's eyes that we're all the same, no one individual is better than the other. God bless this man and I pray he finds his way out of being homeless.

This guy is different because he seems rehabilitated and should thus be given a chance and housing. I find it heartless to release this man from prison after 22 years with no help to readjust to society that has changed a lot since his incarceration began. I understand the Waffle House being afraid of hiring a murderer. Someone should give him a chance doing a minimum trust job. His 3 wishes were SPOT ON! He's an intelligent almost well spoken man!
