Rule number one. Always know who you are dealing with before before shooting your mouth off. I know this all too well when a customer walked up to me asking what i thought of the boss who was managing the place I worked at. Little did I know I was actually talking to the CEO of the company. I got to admit that after he knew how bad the place was being run things changed pretty damn quickly and it became a much nicer place to work for.
