@@gus473 That same thing happened to me with a 1974 Buick, the last hill killed it and threw a rod right the hell out of the block. I got my stuff out of the car and left it there. And it was a coupe with a 455 which are quite desirable today.

How did you manage to make this? Do you have a separate video showing how you do it.

Old tractor engines actually worked on this principle Like you really had to manually get the engine working Just great 💪🏼

Tony Stark built this in a CAVE with a bunch of SCRAPS!!! Cool work though, really fascinating.

You got a bit of lifter tick. Hit it with some Marvel Mystery Oil. That should take care of it.

If you could use focused solar to drive this you have a truly useful little generator. Excellent piece of work.

Use V8 tomato juice and call it a homemade V8 engine. But on a serious note, that device is very unique. Good job.

Stirling engines that operate at atmospheric pressure with air as the working gas are cool toys but not practical for doing serious work. Folks wanting to scale this up for a car don't realize how BIG and how inefficient such an engine would be. You need high pressure and a high temperature differential with helium as the gas to get these engines to be able to handle real work.

They don't really have the torque for that sort of thing. They're better suited to pumping water, generating electricity and such.
