I think your contribution with this amazing invention is quite enormous! you should do a more detailed video on how can we make one of our own! New subscriber.

Thank you! I don’t have footage of the build, because my friend did that. If I had to build one again, I will make sure to record it and publish.

You deserve more subscribers. Keep it up!

Thank you! The reality is that KZbin wants me to post videos more frequently, rewarding me with a "cookie" for essentially not having a life. This means the subscriber count will likely stay low. BTW, I'm working on a new project I think is pretty interesting!

Bro, this video is sooooo good and well edited👏👏👏👏👏, you deserve so much more bro. +1 sub :)

Really nice! It would been interesting (but also complicated) to control both sides independently, combined with a wire tensioning sub-unit it would been able to cut in 3D giving a round finish for example for the body of the airplane :)

Very impressive. How much for building one
@robotics_and_stuff Жыл бұрын
Thank you! Back in 2019, it was cheaper to build. Today it’s probably around 1000-1200 EUR.

Not that impressive at all! OK, it's a maker's climax... but it should have implemented way "moderner" features like the ubiquitous g-code! It's likely why you briefly talked about the code which is especially proprietary... What's the point here?

I didn’t mean to impress anyone, this is just my public archive. The code (Arduino) is not proprietary, that is all the code you can see in the video. It has a very permissive WTFPL license. The controller software is not my product, it just happened that my friend uses that, so I built the hardware around it. Take it or leave it.
