Thank you so much for this video, I followed it exactly and it was perfect, I’ve now been using your technique for 2 months and been slightly tweaking the recipe to make small buns, I’m now confident that I have it perfected and can enjoy light fluffy sandwiches that have proven popular with the whole family ❤

Used the recipe, it's a hit! Thank you so much, they turned out delicious! I just microwaved butter with garlic salt and pepper and poured it on my baguette after cooking, great garlic bread!

Yes it is. I myself use all purpose all the time, it's just a little less protein. The odd time I'll even add a cup of whole wheat in tge mix. It makes delicious breads and kaiser rolls

I bake bread in a microwave using convection settings. Can I put a water bath in a microwave?

I think you can but keep it overnight in the fridge not outside.

Yes you can. I ferment for about 2 hours in oven with light on, till double in size, then I put it in fridge to use the next day. Better flavor.

Don't the Americans know the conversion is easily available on google ? Just Type '240c to f' and the result will appear. Aren't they taught in high school the simple formula C/5=(F-32)/9 ? Just put the value of either Centigrade or Fahrenheit and find the other by calculation.

hi, may ready-made bread flour po na nabibili but unfortunately not available ang bread flour for some places/countries. if you want to make on your own bread flour, need nyo po ng vital wheat gluten to combine with all-purpose flour.

I have a feeling mine are going to be battle sticks, not bread too. What kind of yeast did you use? I store mine in the freezer and I'm beginning to think this may be an issue as well. It's been a long time since you commented. coz that’s what a baguette is, French rustic breads just like baguette doesn’t require sugar, the taste is more of like a wheat bread☺️

You can add a tsp of sugar, and I add 1 tbsp of oil to baguettes for a softer crust.

hi, bread flour po has higher protein which produces stronger gluten po than apf. :)

Just tried making this recipe awhile ago. Dumikit ung bread sa parchment sa ilalim. And prang hndi naluto ilalim niya. 😔 Been making bread for a year na po. Ano po kayang mali?? Ung top is ok na po. Brownish na ung top ung ilalim po parang hilaw.
