Finally I can make croissants quicker without waiting overnight and with just one proofing 👏❤.
Recipe ingredients:
300 grams of flour
40 grams of sugar
5-6 grams of instant yeast (if the air temperature is warm enough, just use 5 grams)
145-150 grams of water (the dough is not as soft as bread)
30 grams butter/margarine
5 grams of salt
150 grams of butter / margarin for lamination. You can buy it at baking supply stores or online.

Just saw your video on my feed and immediately started to make it ! Thank you. 🙏 it was very straightforward and same day. ❤ however…hehehe …not as easy as it looks though😅…I needed to use a little flour for dusting because of oozing of butter…. But it tasted good and beautiful! So thank you.

@nasimaraxmatullayeva4603 After spraying, I placed the baking tray in the oven with a bowl of hot water. It took 20 to 30 minutes to rise. Do not over proof it will lose shape

Wow, it's a quick and amazing method, and I made it in a simple way, but why do some people put it in the refrigerator for a whole day and are very careful when making it until they get tired? A lot when I made it and it didn't work like the video 😢

Butter created for laminating puff pastry or croissants. The water content is lower so it doesn't melt easily. You can get it at baking supplies stores 👍
