This just makes me realize how similar British and German cooking can be... My German mum would do it almost the exact same way! Looks delicious, mate🎉

Very true, british and german cuisine have lots of similarities. Both are not well marketed in the world, like asian, italian, etc cuisines are. But when prepared properly, it produces the most comforting dishes out there. It requires more technique than other cuisines ( right choice of fats, right heat, right cookware, right preparation, etc.) to make the most out of british and german cuisine. So being a really great chef that understands fine detail is key.

Oh my days, this would be so good with boerewors (everyone's favourite sausage in Zimbabwe😋) or breakfast sausages. It's simple and comforting and would be so great for cooking for one kind of meals! I'm enjoying the British series, keep at it please! Also, I'd like to see you make sadza and gango, a Zimbabwean special. Sadza is a thick paste (for lack of a better word) made with maize meal, it's slightly firmer than mashed potatoes. Gango is a mix of meats and a green leafy vegetable (usually rape or covo). A good mix of meat is beef steak, ox liver, ox kidney, gizzards, chicken and pork, all cut up into bitesized pieces. Some add sausage. Some love to cook it with a tomato and onion relish, some just do the onion. Okay, I've said a lot now, bye! And thank you😊

I don't have a sausage maker. What king of sausage can I find at the market
@LuckyNumber482 ай бұрын
It’s cool that you have a lot of cameras, but it’s quite dizzying and unnecessary to be cutting between like 4 different angles for a simple chop of herbs or a sausage being made. I would prefer the camera to have a point in changing angle instead of just changing it for the sake of changing it. At least it seems that way. But outside of that I love your videos and your cooking!❤
