Homemade BBQ Sauce for 4th if July
2 cups catsup
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/3 light brown sugar(sugar substitute if on sugar restricted diet)
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt (omit if on low sodium diet)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Add all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Mix well. Cook covered on medium for 15, stirring frequently.

I changed it up. I added more garlic powder. She used fresh onions and garlic.
