Cooking recipe and ingredients:
400 ml of warm water.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
8 g dry yeast.
Mix well.
60 ml of vegetable oil.
Mixing.
Sift 500 g of flour through a sieve.
2 teaspoons of salt.
Stir until smooth.
Add another 200 g of flour.
We work with flour.
Knead the dough until it is smooth.
Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
Cover and set aside in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Grease 2 baking dishes with vegetable oil.
The dough rose well. Like a cloud.
Roll into a large ball.
Divide into 2 parts.
Roll them into a ball.
Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough as shown in the video.
Roll up, pressing the edges together.
Place in a baking dish.
Repeat the process with another piece of dough.
Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Lubricate them with water.
Flour.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 35-40 minutes.
Let the bread cool.

Поместите тесто в холодильник, если вам некогда на ночь или на несколько часов. Такое тесто после замеса до 3 дней и не перекисает. Можете количество дрожжей уменьшить до 3 гр. Делаю надрезы. Выпекаю в казане с закрытой крышкой, открываю за 10 мин смазываю холодной водой и допекаю. Пробуйте, это будет очень хрустящая корочка.🎉

Soy de Bs As Argentina. Hice este pan q la receta al verla y ver los ingredientes me pareció interesante. Evidentemente no me equivoque ,me salio muy bien ,parecido al pan de molde q comemos Ernesto país.A causa de la gran inflación las harinas han aumentado muchísimo,pero con estas cantidades me salieron dos panes una receta económica y muy buenos Gracias .
