Ingredients used
3&1/2 to 4 cups glutinous rice flour (roasted)
1can or 2 cups evaporated milk
1can or 2 cups coconut milk
1&1/2 cup brown sugar
try this recipe at home it’s really delicious one of the Philippines best sweet delicacies.. it’s similar
to one of the sweet delicacy here in the Japan , the only difference is they don’t use coconut milk you can add this recipe for your business or just fir your everyday snack .
