I’ve made this at least 4xs - today makes 5! Consistently excellent results for someone who doesn’t normally make traditional Filipino desserts; thank you for sharing this recipe; it’s always a hit at my work potlucks, and Caucasian Hubby enjoys it as well! The only change is instead of brushing my pans with oil, I put down banana leaves, and it makes it look so much more special!
