Sorry. Use any yogurt you have as a starter or use twig of a red chilli to help fermentation happen.

What a waste of time. She forgot the most important step. She didn't say how to ferment the coconut milk. More focused on showing how she eats her coconut yogurt. Not useful for people who don't have a coconut yogurt starter for fermentation to begin with.

I empty 2 large or 3 small probiotic ( not prebiotic) capsule powder for 400 gm of coconut cream to set the first batch.

Add fresh 3-4 green chilli stalks or 6-8 dried chilli stalks when it's lukewarm, 300-500 ml coconut milk (1 whole medium coconut) ... It takes about 12 - 18 hours to culture depending on the room temperature.I learnt it from satvik channel, it works greal. Use the freshly made curd thereafter to culture the new batches, they taste even better than the first batch.

if you can’t give the clear explanation of the entire process , don’t post the video and fool the people . If you just heat the coconut milk and cool it down will that become yogurt ? As a reputed channel you should be very careful on providing the complete content.

She has shown that she took a little bit yogurt culture from the previous batch and mixed it in the yogurt . But she should have shown that who ever has never made the yogurt should use a probiotics or three green chillie tops on top of the mixture for fermentation .By top I mean the little branch that we normally cut out when we use the peppers . How it helps .

Boil until its feels warm, just like, when you want to make milk curd. You can test with your finger its ready when it doesn't burn. Then add a bit of curd about 1 teaspoon or 1 tablespoon

perhaps you didn’t heat up the milk enough. Heat it up hot but not boil. Bring it to like warm temperature and add the starter. Keep at it. After few batches, you will have perfect yogurt.
