I love the fact that you can find gluten free food where ever you go! My daughter was diagnosed with celiac 20 years ago, and no one knew what gluten free was. We always had to pack a suitcase of food for her and take food with us wherever we went. Or we had to question the ingredients and hope we got accurate information. It was very challenging. She got sick more than once traveling, but always kept a positive attitude!
