Homemade Copper Wire Stripper Machine - Fast Copper Recycling

Hallo iedereen, dit is een korte video over onze zelfgemaakte koper strip machine. De machine is opgebouwd met een elektromotor welke via een snaar twee bussen aandrijft. De elektromotor is te bedienen via een voetpedaal. De afstand tussen deze twee bussen is af te stellen met een vleugelmoer. Er is een speciaal buisje om de kabel naar en van de bussen te sturen. De koper draad wordt door de druk tussen de bussen gespleten waardoor de koperdraad direct vrij komt en de omhulling naar beneden valt. De draad kan direct opgerold worden door de as die aan de wals vast zit.
Hello everybody, this is a short video about our homemade copper wire stripping machine. The machine is built up with a electric motor which drives a snare to spin two rollers. The electric motor can be turned on by a foot pedal. The distance between the two rollers can be adjusted by a wing nut. A special made tube is used to guide the copper wire from and to the rollers. The copper wire is split by the force between the rollers, after it is split the enclosure drops and the clean copper can be rolled into nice rolls by the tube which is on one of the rollers.

Disappointed here, we see it works well but we all want to see how the thing actually strips the plastic off. Must be a secret.

The the plastic is stipped of the copper by the force between the 2 rollers, with the wing nut you can adjust the space between the rollers, wich stands in line with the force on the plastic. The plastic will crack open because on the outside there is a hard roller and inside there is the hard copper. When the space between the copper core and the rollers is smaller then the plastic layer it wil automaticly crack open.

Yes scrap doesn’t need to be neatly coiled up and by the look of it....doesn’t really fit in the bucket that well....just chuck it all in a big drum. But it looks to work very well...just need to try other types of wire. Btw...if you want to grow your channel...you need to reduce the amount of long ads...I couldn’t watch the whole vid because of this and sorry but no sub from me. Good luck
