I have one suggestion, Please take green papaya, remove skin ,seed and some internal rough part. You grade it ,let it ferment for one day in hotter temperature. It will become sour automatically due to heat , all bitterness will disappear, you test it ,after becoming sour ,you sun dry it. Put it plastic bag and attach with rubber band. It will remain for one year. You can replace fermented papaya with tomoto while making curry. Many people can't afford tomoto price during cyclonic season. This will be very good replacement for tomoto. Please try it and make vedio on it. Jay bharat.

If there's stable light, it can stay in the freezer as long as you like. And yes, it can be processed in powder form.

Plz this sieve you’re using is different from the net own that looks like scarf, is it the same thing with the second sac they use to keep the pap so as to drain water from it? I need to satisfy my curiosity and plz what the name of this sac I’ve been looking for it

It is the same net that looks like scarf. When you get to the market, ask for pap net. You can also buy the one they use to drain water, incase you need it. The pap net is light. The difference is obvious.

My baby is a picky eater too. It is always one drama or the other when she wants to eat, but she loves taking medications. How weird is that😁 That is why i came up with varieties and she is getting better with eating her foods. For Lima, you can give her tombrown or pap made with just corn, guniea corn and millet. You can also do soya beans powder for her, so you can mix it with her pap. i have a video on homemade multigrain cereal that is tombrown and soyabeans powder.
