If the holes are at least 5/16" you can have them cut and then clean them up with a carbide bit in a die grinder.

Do a google search for 1-210-30 pillow block bearing. I have bought them from Surplus Center in the past, good quality, good price

Where do you usually like to purchase packer wheels?

I find most of them on Facebook market place or Craig’s list as broken cultipackers or cultimulchers. Once in awhile at farm equipment auctions
