INGREDIANTS:
_ 600 ml of milk (2,5 Cup)
_ 3 tablespoons of sugar.
_ 3 tablespoons of corn starch.
_ Vanillin.
_ 300 ml of pre-sweetened whipping cream (1Cup + 4 Tbsp)
_ Milk.
_ Biscuits (soaked in milk)
_ Grated chocolate.

My grandmother did the chocolate version. But when cooking the pastry cream without eggs (corn flour, sugar and milk) she added orange peel (it is removed at the end). You can freeze in layers with melted dark chocolate dripped between layers. It is so delicious in the summer.

En mi país, Puerto Rico, hacemos como postre navideño y desayuno la primera mitad de tu receta, en el postre navideño sustituimos la leche por leche de coco, le añadimos canela y cáscara de limón; espolvoreamos con canela al momento de servir y la consistencia es más firme. Pues a mí me parece que la receta lleva poco azúcar con 3 cucharadas solamente, ya que vienen a ser como unos 60 gramos. No sé si estará lo suficientemente dulce

Основа рецепта - это густой кисель. На Руси всегда его готовили густым и ели ложками, так же часто добавляли что-то вкусное во внутрь. Моя мама нам часто его готовила!
