Delicious homemade dumplings with pork! Glad to be back on KZbin :-D
40 dumplings
You will need:
40 wonton sheets
1 lbs of minced pork 8-12 % fat
1 tsp of salt
1 egg
1 tbsp of soy sauce with low amount of salt
1 tbsp of brown sugar
6 spring onions
2 cloves of garlic
Water
Oil
