# Homemade Easy Classic Fruit Cocktails

The Homemade Classic Cocktails.
Its Nata De Coco part can be replaced with the copycat one aka Jelly based imitation.
With the Nata De Coco copycat, we can reduce the artificial sweeteners and preservatives used in this recipe, so it’s definitely safe for kids.
Ingredients
Ingredients for The Syrup
* 2500 ml of Water
* 3500-400 g Granulated sugar, suit your taste
* 3 cloves, optional
* 1 stick of Cinnamon
* ½ teaspoon of Salt
* ½ teaspoon of Citrus lime or can be replaced with 1 tablespoon of lime juice or Lemon
// NOTE: This syrup is made sweet because when serving the Cocktails, we will add about 800 g of ice cubes.
So if you don't add any ice cubes, please only use 250-300 g dose.
The Fruits
* 1 large Jicama (sliced into small dices), can be replaced with Wax Gourd
* 1 Local Pineapple, or Honey Pineapple, or Thai Pineapple, suit your taste, cut into small cubes (Don't throw away the pineapple stalks, take it too)
* 1 small thick-textured papaya fruit, diced
* 2 Apples, diced
* 150 g Grape or strawberry, optional (Use local grape for more affordable prices, or just skip it out if it's too expensive)
Ingredients for Jelly Made Nata De Coco
// You may replace this with the Original Nata De Coco
* 15 g or 1 Young Coconut Flavored ready-to-use Jelly powder (Nutrijel) Sachet
* 100 g of Granulated sugar
* 500 ml Young Coconut Water or just a potable Water is also fine
* 1 Sachet Sweetened Condensed Milk
* 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or lemon
* A pinch of Salt
Other Ingredients
* Diced Jelly (Nutrijel) made from 1 sachet of Nutrijell (jelly powder).
* 2 tablespoons of basil, soak in hot water, set aside
* Ice cubes, make your own
* 25 Cups @ 200 ml. With 1 recipe we can get about 25 cups.
