My husband used to do our shoppping. Now he can't handle standing that long, so we use curbside. I wanted to make eggrolls today, discovered I can't buy wrappers in our town! Loved this video! Thank you sweetie for taking the time to give us your tips and all your details! Our favorite Chinese restaurant closed after 35 years of the best egg rolls and just like you said, it’s the seasoning and crispness of the wrapper that makes it. It’s mainly cabbage and carrots and the right amount of soy sauce to give you the amount of saltiness you prefer. Then the dipping sauce you like, which we like the apricot sauce with some hot mustard mixed with it. I would still prefer to buy them as they were so reasonable. They are so time consuming to make and like you say, if you have a partner to help you can whip them out pretty quick but by yourself it takes TIME! You made it look funner than it is, thank you! Love you! ❤
