Hello friends aj mai ap sabke liye lekar aai hun 100
Guarantee proof recipe of eggless milk rusk or toast ki recipe,jise apne agar ek bar bana liya to har bar ghar par bana k khana chahenge.....bahar se lane ka chance hi nai,par iske liye apko ye recipe puri dekhni hogi tabhi ap perfect toast bana sakte hain,,aaiye dekhen iski recipe aur ingredients.
Ingredient
2 cup all purpose flour+2 tbsp
1/2 cup milk in room temprature
1/4 cup warm water
1 tsp instant yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp green cardamom
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp soft butter
Mix sugar,salt and yeast in a bowl.
Add warm water and cover for 10 minutes .
Now add flour and mix.
Now make a soft dough with milk only.
Add 1 tbsp soft butter and mix.
Cover it for first proofing (at least 1 hour).(sorry for writing half an hour in video).
Now after proofing knead at least 10 minutes adding butter and flour.
Add elaichi powder.
Now flatten it .
Roll tightly and tuck it.
Make a roll ,keep in baking tray and cover with kitchen towel for 2nd proofing.
Now pre-heat your oven for 10 minute in 180°C.
Milk brush the dough or use,oil or melted butter.
Bake in middle rack for 20 minutes till golden.
Grease with oil/butter and Cover with towel and cool it.
Super soft pav bun is ready.
Cut in thin slices.
Bake again for 10 minute till golden one side .
Turn the toast 2nd side and bake for 5-7 minute again till crispy.
Cool it nicely.
Toasts or Milk Rusk are ready.
Keep in air tight box and enjoy with evening tea.

Sure but if u want to make then just add 1/4 cup of coco powder in the same process.

@@ChefDDV मैडम बोलने का मतलब यह है जो साइड होती है वह नहीं होती है वह कच्ची रह जाती है ऊपर से नीचे से बार बार पलटना पड़ता है यह बोलने का मतलब है और ज्यादा करते हैं तो जल जाता h। Jo side brown honi chahie vah nahin hota
