Homemade Fig Jam Recipe with Jaggery| Easy Dried Figs Spread |Anjeer Jam| For Toddlers and kids

In this video let's see how to make Dried Fig Jam with only 3 ingredients
Figs are rich in fiber and a good source of iron and minerals.It also helps to relieve constipation in Babies and Kids
For 8+ month Babies,You can give Fig as a puree or add as sweetener in porridges
For 1+year old kids,You can give soaked Figs as a snack
My kids don't like the taste of figs.so I always make Fig Jam and stored in refrigerator for 2months
Ingredients Required
1. Dried Figs -20nos
2. Jaggery powder - 1 cup
3. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
4. Vanilla extract-1 tbsp
FIG JAM Recipe
Soak 20nos Dried Figs for 8hrs/overnight.
After 8hrs, blend it to a smooth puree.in a Pan,add the puree and cook for 15mins.for 2cup of puree,add 1 cup of Jaggery powder and cook for 10mins.add 1 tbsp of Vanilla extract and 1 tbsp of lemon juice and cook for 5mins in low flame.once it cools, transfer to an air tight container.For longer use,keep in a Refrigerator
