Ingredients for Homemade Focaccia:
For the premix:
- 300 ml water;
- 5 g dry yeast;
- 5 g sugar;
- 300 g flour;
For the focaccia:
- 500 ml water;
- 1 kg flour;
- 20 g salt;
- 100 g durum wheat flour;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 2-3 sprigs of rosemary;
- 60 g olives;
- 30-40 ml olive oil;
We cook in the preheated oven at 180 degrees, bottom and top heat for 75 minutes.
