Hi Aditi ma'am. Ma'am in ur recipe u have mentioned agar agar. But how to use that? Is it exactly how u work with gelatin? Let it bloom n then microwave? Since Im a vegetarian can't use the yellow gelatin. Agar agar is the veg version but don't know how to use that

Hi ma'am. Thank u so much for this recipe. I tried ur recipe but didn't turn out the way u showed in d video. I have few questions, plz help and guide if possible: 1) can we use corn syrup in place of liquid glucose? 2) my fondant was dry and i couldn't knead properly. It used to break. Also, after maturing it was just the same. What could be the reason? 3) i felt my fondant was little loose at the start and then got hard and difficult to knead. What should i do if too loose or too hard? I hope to hear form u soon 😊

Hey 1) we recommend using the given ingredients for best results Other people have tried making fondant through our fool proof recipes and they have succeeded 😊 Also these questions require a much technical viewpoint and the answers greatly vary according to a host of factors.
