Oh My!! My husband made this Naan Bread for us this weekend. It is amazing!! It would be bread that you would be served at a 5 Star restaurant but easy on the pocket book when you make it yourself in the comfort of your own kitchen and better! Keep your fabulous videos coming. I love The Regular Chef!!

This looks amazing! I wonder how people are able to place cheese in the Naan?

Whenever I try to roll out the dough it sticks to the counter top :( or is ends up shrinking back to a smaller size

Hi very good videos. I would say that i'm reasonable proficient at bread making, having been interested in this fascinating subject for 10 years. Everyday there is something new to learn, and often there is a lightbulb moment. In this recipe for Naan breads everything in the recipe is in metric grams except one. Water is measured in Liquid Ounce's. I believe there are USA and UK measurements. Could you tell me how many grams of water there is in the recipe ! I am trying to work out the Hydration percentage. I would classify the yoghurt as 90% liquid, Bearing in mind that there some milk solids in it. Bernard (a not so geeky bread maker). Well May be ! HAMPSHIRE England.

Could you do this with your sourdough starter instead of active yeast?
@TheRegularChef4 жыл бұрын
You could, although you'd probably need to make some slight variations to the recipe to make it work with sourdough. The process would become more similar to a typical sourdough bread or pizza recipe. I do plan to make a video about a sourdough version in the future though!

The Regular Chef Sweet as. Loving your 1:4:4 concept. Mixed up the first lot tonight and it’s looking a sexy colour and consistency.

Sounded good til you ruined it with cilantro. Hate that stuff.
