As a Hindu, I will say Ayurveda is a part of my lifestyle (hindu vedas), its our ancient medical system. Plantbased medicines or herbs are really good for your body. in India we keep making these oils at home. its a culture. and i am happy to see that south asian women have adapted it irrespective of religion or culture. my naani keeps making these oil & trust meeeee her hair and most women i see around who do this from my naanis or moms generation have better hair than my generation, in fact the best. ♡ so yeah i am happy i am a genz who does it all
