It's my first time growing out my hair, and your videos have been really helpful on this journey. I apply an egg mask to my hair once a week and rub my scalp thrice weekly using litttllextra coocoonion oil. Afterward, I wash it off with cocconioon shampoo, and I've been following this routine constantly. I'm pleased to say that my hair fall is gone now.

Thank you for sharing this magic hair concoction. I have been using this for a month now (used coconut oil+mustard oil+2 spoons of castor oil to dip the dried methi sprouts... Of course the hairfall is reduced to 2 to max 7 strands each time i brush my hair. Moreover I feel that the elasticity and softness of my hair has increased, I want to touch my hair every now and then.... Thank you so so much once again... Now I have become more greedy and added dried curry leaves and little kalonji seeds to it.. 😋

@@eman-jk2ze have you soaked it overnight? Overnight soaking would make them a little sticky because it has a natural slimy content. Now you take it in a cloth and tie a knot like shagufta said. Keep the bundle in a place where there is little air and little light (direct sunlight is not needed). In three days the fenugreek seeds will sprout beautifully... Best of luck!

After using this for 5 months this is my experience: First of all thank you so much for sharing this! I have tried SO MANY hair products for regrowth but nothing seemed to work and by nothing I literally mean...NOTHING (maybe because my hair growth is naturally slow too) but when I tried this oil I could literally see the difference in 2 months. English translation: use half cup fenugreek seeds, add into a bowl , soak them in plenty of water and leave over night. Next day drain the seeds , place them in a cloth ideally cotton. Wrap them in a cotton cloth and tie a knot, hang near window for 2 days. Ensure the seeds remains moist otherwise the seeds won't sprout. You can spray AM and PM with water to retain moisture. After 2 days open cloth , seeds should sprout. Transfer into a grinder and gently blend but not into powder. Then transfer the grinded fenugreek seeds into 200ml of mustard oil gently mix. Leave for 7 days for ingredients to blend. After 7 days ready to use. Apply the mixture to roots and scalp ensure to pick up the fenugreek mixture as u should rub this onto your roots. Cover hair with cloth to avoid residue spillage/smell. After 8 hours shampoo hair. Within 6 to 8 weeks u will start to see new hair growing.

@nazifa6425 the lady said if u leave it for longer the better it is but the smell can get strong. If the smell is off then you know its expired and make a new one. I've had mine for 2 months so far its ok.

I have used meethi dana in oil before and it definitely works. I didn’t sprout them but I am sure sprouting makes it even better. Definitely will try this oil ❤️ Update: I, now, have been using this oil for a month and half. I can say that the oil definitely stops or reduces hair-fall. I had a really bad hair fall and it reduced dramatically. As far as the new hair goes, I have not had new hair grown in the area where I have patches. I do not see any baby hair, may be the oil needs more time to grow new hair but I will see how it goes.
