Homemade Hickory Smoked Kunekune Sausages On The Brazos!

We butchered our own Kunekune and made smoked sausages using the small intestines for natural casings, along with natural casings we ordered on Amazon. The flavor was out of this world amazing, definitely something we will do every year, it was way worth the effort!
