A friend of this KZbin channel sent me a link to a Kielbasa recipe and I liked what I saw. I decided to make my own. I have the equipment and I enjoy making sausages. They're fun to make. This recipe might not be truly authentic, if there is such a thing as an "authentic" kielbasa recipe, but the sausages are delicious.
Correction: I used the wrong conversion to metric. 2½ pounds is 1.13kg, not 2.27kg.
