Aromatherapy is one of the ways I love to decompress, relax and bring myself back in to the present moment so there's a few essential oils I love. Of course, Lavender is essential but Rose, Rose hip, eucalyptus, and rosemary are all favorites of mine.

ok this requires further study. when i google it, some sources say in BOLD print, carrot seed oil is not an essential oil, it is instead a fatty carrier oil. then other sources say it can be both....? hmmm. when i googled it the first 2 sources said no, it is not, then the thrid said it is both. good question...at least for me cuz i love the learn new things.

If pick me was a person for this giveaway I am not ashamed to say its meeee!!! My skin is calling for it Yaya pick up!!! lol but my fave essential oil right now is geranium because it’s so subtle in fragrance but yet it smell so dainty and pretty. Plus, its healing properties are amazing. I had a eczema breakout during quarantine and was suffering in agony my skin was soo irritated and inflamed. I used Ancient Cosmetics even skin soap and an oil with geranium as the main oil and my skin felt amazingly nourished and soothed.
