Jay Rock TV sucks, everyone watches everything on demand, including you right now, and everyone has a smart box or smart tv, phone, pc, tablet. Cable/satellite Tv sucks, reality shows are becoming obsolete, tv commercials are trash. No one wants to pay a yearly subscription to get bombarded with commercials, and watch tacky scripted shows. Netflix, Hulu, KZbin, Amazon Video, on demand digital networks is where its at.

You can def. skip the splash of lemon at the end. Surprisingly it isn’t super lemony even with the fresh lemon juice.

I love adding a little bit of cornstarch into my flour. It just seeps into the chicken more and makes it for an ultra crispy chicken wing. I can’t wait to try this recipe. I’m actually surprised that you didn’t use buttermilk lol.

Just remember garlic gets bitter if too browned. I would’ve also let the oil get a little hotter, because cold food drops temp.

I used to refrigerate my flour coated chicken in the refrigerator before frying until I learned that room temperature chicken fries best and gives a crunchier crust!! So I refrigerated them after the flour and then take it out an hour before it’s time to fry and honey....crunchy crunchy chicken

Giiirrrrllll I just made these tonight and they were the bomb my family and I tore them up. While I was frying the chicken I kept the chicken in the oven on the lowest temperature to keep them from getting cold I will be making these again. Also do you have any recommendations on how to store leftover seasoning?
