its literally Alfredo sauce just replace parmesan cheese with cheddar (and the hot sauce ofc)

So question for my american friends. Doesn't the cheese flavor just take over. I mean its pasta and cheese, pasta not really holding any flavour to it then a sauce of just cheese put into it.

That’s actually the desired taste. This is just the simple, “ I want macaroni and cheese,” recipe. There are other ingredients you can use to enhance the flavor and texture. But ultimately, this is a cheese casserole(if baked). But for stove top methods this is a really good recipe!
