Homemade McDonald's Japan Tsukimi Pie

I made McDonald's Japan Tsukimi (moon viewing) Pie using rice paper, which is often left over.This year's Tsukimi Pie from McDonald's is a kinako (soybean flour) mochi and red bean paste Tsukimi Pie.It contains kinako cream, so I added some kinako as well.This Tsukimi Pie can be made by simply wrapping commercially available skewered dumplings. Please try it.
Recipe (makes 5)
Ingredients:
1 egg
15g sugar
20g soy milk (or milk)
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
10g melted unsalted butter
5 sheets of rice paper
5 skewers of sweet bean paste dumplings
Sweetened soybean flour as needed
8g granulated sugar
How to make
1.Mix 1 egg, 15g sugar, 20g soy milk (milk), and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder in a large container such as a frying pan.
2.Add 10g melted unsalted butter and mix.
3.Dip the rice paper evenly in (2).
4.Remove the anko dumplings from the skewers, place them in front of you, and sprinkle with the sugared soybean flour.
5.Roll up the dumplings, starting from the front. Makes 5 pieces.
6.Place (5) on a baking pan lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with 8g granulated sugar.
7.Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 25 minutes.
8.Done.They will be crispy and delicious.
