I’ll give u a little tip- for all the ingredients, instead of a mortar & pesel- just grind it in a food processor but u are definitely on the right track & yes live in Montreal! Cheers, 😎👍🇨🇦

Use Dry minced garlic and dry onion flakes not granulated... That's how u make it look like the real stuff
