Nice! Cotton wool will fly out of you over time and you will not notice!😕 Rather put hollow rivets on one side so that it can be disassembled....

Which Grade material you using for example 309 , 316 , 308. etc?

I commonly use 304 but I have made a few exhaust pipe with 316 and I have not notice any differences in heat resistance.
