@@luisv007 I'm not gonna argue with an Italian (no offense) about their recipe, in fact I loved some of the recipe too because it is just simply delicious but you did not have to dislike the video. It's just a misguided recipe that means no harm to the world but only to the origin of the recipe itself. So I think this is all just a misunderstanding between both sides really. Love it, Gennaro you are such a joy to watch but you make me travel sick for Italy as we can't travel yet. My family originally came from Cassino, I was taught to cook by my grandmother who started me off when I was very young, I have never stopped, I'm nearly 66 now, but it is so easy to bring Italy into our kitchens, simple ingredients cooked with love.

Gennaro is making toast: Heeey lovely people of KZbin! I am in beautiful Campania today, lovely sun shining. The hills, the trees, a wheel there, even a goat! Look! Ah, bellissima Campania! But today I'm gonna show you all how to make lovely bruschetta a la Campania! So simple! It is so good! So tasty! So... alright you need bread, I am using rustic bread, but if you only have gnocco frito, that is OK. No problem. Now, we need beautiful pancetta, here let me cut it and show you. Ahh beautiful pancettilla... look. Dice the pancetta carefully. In a pan some olive oil, then put in the pancetta and sear. Hrmm! Fantastico! Then get fantastic tomatoes. My favourite is Pomodorino del Piennolo del Vesuvio but Pomodoro di Pachino is very good too! Don't worry! Simple! Chop some fresh garlic and add it and the tomato to the pan. Then cook until most of the water is gone. Mmmmm. Oh my my. OOOOOOOOHHHHHHH MYYYYY MYYYYYYYYY!!! Slice nice thick slices of bread and put on oiled grill pan and grill a bit. Look at that, LOOK....AT.....THAT! at those dark lines. Very tasty. Sorry need to taste. Mmmmmm. WHY I'M COOKING SO GOOD! Fantastico. Now the salsa is done mmmm... smells beautiful. Oh my my. They call it 'salsa di pomodoro'. Simple! Put it on the bruschetta and grate some parmesan cheese. Mmmm...The aromas, the bread, the garlic, the tomatillos, THE PANCETTA, THE FANTASTIC CHEESE!!!! THIS IS GREAT PEOPLEEEE! Ahhh I wish all of you could taste it right now. I greet you from Campania! Arrivederci!
