If I just want to sweeten say 1 lb or 16 oz of homemade peanut butter to be more like store bought jif, not very sweet, just a little, do you have an idea of how many dates I would need? Thanks for the video 👍

Honestly I am not sure, for us it gets eaten so quickly as I dont make bigger portions than shown in the video.

It depends a bit on your blender, if you have a very strong one then you are done in 5 min, but if you need to stop and wait to avoid overheating then maybe around 15min...
