I am planning to try this right now. Let's see how it goes for me. Update: I could make delicious peanut butter. Here are some points to remember though: 1. It didn't take 1 minute but approx 35min. Roasting: 20min in lowest fame. Cooling: 10 min Blending: 5 min 2. It really doesn't matter if you have a good blender or premium quality peanuts or not. Blender used: 8yrs old (blades are old) Peanuts: Regular ones. 3. What really worked? Roasting Peanuts in a very low flame with continuously stirring it till it returned golden brown. Note : There wasn't a single black spot on my peanuts at the end. Also no peanut had white colour on it. It all turned beautiful golden brown. 4. The blender does turn hot after blending for 2-3 minutes. At this point stop and wait for a minute to cool it down a bit before you continue. This is good for your blender's health as well. 5. Add salt and honey when your peanuts are little crumbled. Adding at this stage will let it mix uniformly. Enjoy! :) Thank you for the recipe Ma'am. :)

So easy to make. I made my first peanut butter batch last night after watching your video. Thanks!

Hi, great video! Just wondering how long the peanut butter will be good for, since it's made without any preservatives? Thanks :)

I can't wait to make some. I grew up on Skippy and it used to taste like peanuts. Now it's all sugar.

I never knew it was that easy to make. I thought there was other ingredients like sugar and maybe some other stuff.

We make homemade peanut butter to avoid sugar and other unnecessary junk in it.

That’s the thing. If you buy it at the store, there ARE a ton of additives like sugar and even worse things. Take a look at the ingredients label sometime and you’ll be shocked. Homemade is the way to go.

I did few mistakes. I roasted the peanuts in high flame, the skins started coming out so I assumed that’s it. My peanuts were white, and I added salt and honey started blending forever and ever. It started to be oily but not creamy so I added water. That made things worse so now I got some sticky sticky peanut butter 😜 please don’t do the same mistake as me 🙈
