Hello, first I'd like to say I love your videos. They are very to the point and you make lots of sense when you speak. I made apple yeast starter from 4 Gala apples which worked very good. I then added the yeast to 15 liters of pineapple juice, 1 kg of sugar, 1 liter of water with black tea and the fermentation started within 2 hrs. Its been 4 days already and the fermentation is still going very strong. When do I expect it to slow down? Do I wait till it's clear? Then when I transfer to bottles, could I still put 10 grams of sugar to make it sparkly? Thank you

When using whole fruit pulp, I put the fruit in a cheese cloth bag or brewers bag. Makes it easier to clean t by e fermenter and to squeeze any extra juice from the pulp.
