INGREDIENTS:
ground beef 500 gr
flour 1 kg
oil 5 spoons
lukewarm water
1 onion
125 g of butter
2 spoons of sour cream
RECIPE:
✅ For the dough, mix 1 kg of flour and 1 spoon of salt and add 5 spoons of oil. We gradually add lukewarm water until we cook a nice dough that is not sticky
✅ Leave for 15 minutes at room temperature
✅ Roll out the dough on the table and separate 3 noodles that we will roll out, coat with oil and leave to rest for 15 minutes
✅ During this time, we will add 2 spoons of vegetables, 1 spoon of pepper to 500 g of ground beef and gradually add warm water and mix the meat until it is completely soft.
✅ Fry the onion for only 2 minutes and combine with the meat and mix everything well
✅ Melt 125 grams of butter in a saucepan and add 50 ml of oil. Add 2 spoons of sour cream and mix everything until well combined. Put on the plate freely and mix
✅ We start by rolling out the noodles. Unroll the first noodle and sprinkle it with the cream mixture and add the meat. Fold from all sides and set aside
✅ Roll out another noodle and repeat the procedure: mixture with sour cream and meat. Place the first noodle in the middle of the second noodle and fold it from all sides. Set aside again
✅ Unroll the third noodle and just sprinkle it with the cream mixture - do not put the meat. Insert the previous 2 noodles in the middle and fold again from all sides
✅ Oil the pan and transfer the pie, which we will also oil a little
✅ Bake for about 25 minutes at 220°C in a preheated oven
