I am quite sure that complete beginners can roll out pie crusts only if they follow the three tips from this recipe.
Many people know how to make pie crusts, but this is a video with instructions for complete beginners and those housewives who have never dared to roll out crusts before.

Ingredients:
500 g flour (smooth wheat flour from type 400 to type 500)
280 ml water
2 tablespoons oil
half a tablespoon of salt
PREPARATION
In a bowl, sift 500 g of smooth wheat flour from type 400 to type 500.
Add half a tablespoon of salt, i.e. from 5-8 g.
Add 280 ml of lukewarm or cold water and add 2 tablespoons of oil to the water.
Knead the dough, i.e. knead it until the flour and water are well mixed.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, knead the dough, i.e. knead it until it becomes smooth.
Divide the dough into two balls and knead each ball well, i.e. shape it until you see that it is completely smooth.
Place the dough in a baking pan or bowl that you have greased with oil, also grease the dough lightly with oil and cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day, remove the dough from the refrigerator 30 minutes before rolling it out.
Prepare a cotton tablecloth and sprinkle it with just a little flour.
Transfer the dough over the flour and roll it out with a rolling pin as much as possible.
Let the dough rest for 3 minutes and start rolling it out with light hand movements as in the video.
You must roll the dough out slowly and without rushing.
This amount of ingredients is enough for 8 bureks, i.e. small drinks.
