It was very common in the 1930s to build tractors out of Model T Fords. Popular Mechanics even published plans of how to do it. I have a tractor that my FIL built for my wife in 1962 or 3. He used the front from a Crosley, A Waukesha ICK engine from a B-29 and a load of other gear he salvaged from the B-29. My BIL killed it many years ago but, I'm going to try to resurrect it. Always check oil. Takes all of 5 seconds. And by the it shows signs that it needs some it's generally too late
