SO NICE HOMEMADE CHICKEN SAUSAGE
Materials :
- 200 g chicken, minced
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed/grated
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 2 tbsp seasoning
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 egg
- 150 gr wheat flour
- 80 gt tapioca flour
- 250 ml of water / to taste
- 1 tbsp barbecue sauce
- Food coloring, sincerely
