Homemade Solar Electric Car 4000W The Ultimate Free Energy ! DIY Project (part 4/4)

in this video, I make a solar car entirely and I drive with it, you will see the manufacturing steps there.The maximum speed is 50 km/h and 80 km of range
In case of sunshine, driving is completely free in energy.
This 4000w 4WD vehicle is powered by two 100w solar panels each. One or more lithium batteries supply power and serve as storage.
each battery offers 20 km of autonomy without sun and I have 4 batteries so 80km. While driving the solar panels increase my autonomy by 30% and when stopped, I recover 20km in 2h / 2h30. So 80km without sun and 105km with sun.
In case of sunshine, driving is completely free in energy.
this car is completely removable in 30min and weighs 80kg
I installed a car radio for music and a powerful speaker.
a converter transforms the 48v of the battery into 12v to power the indicators, the horn and the radio.
the chassis is built in steel, the plancer in wood and the body in pvc and expansive foam
for lighting, there are 4 led bulbs at the front and 4 at the back. these are 12v bulbs connected in series to have the 48v of the battery
the mirrors come from a scooter
all controls are located on the handlebars, accelerator, brakes, horn, lighting, turn signals, and neiman
this project is followed by French television and the documentary will be broadcast early march 2020
this project costs around 2000 €.
250 € for the solar panels and the MPPT converter.
250 € per battery. 48V 10 Ah
800 € the 4 wheel drive.
100 € the 4 dimmers

les panneaux solaires seront placés sur le toit. 200w de charge.
ce projet sera diffusé sur tf1.
j'ai fabriqué ce véhicule solaire en 3 mois seulement pour le présenter dans un documentaire sur tf1, les inventeurs. Ce véhicule 4 roues motrices de 4000w est alimenté par deux panneaux solaires de 100w chaqu'un. Une ou plusieurs batteries au lithium alimentent en puissance et servent de stockage.
chaque batterie offre 20 km d'autonomie sans soleil et j'ai 4 batteries. En roulant les panneaux solaires augmentent mon autonomie de 30 % et à l'arret, je récupère 20km en 2h/2h30. Donc 80km sans soleil et 105km avec soleil.
La vitesse max est de 50km/h.
En cas d'ensoleillement, circuler est totalement gratuit.

Pour les soudures de tubes, je ne l'ai pas vu mais il faut mettre un bout de tube à l'intérieur pour renforcer la jonction. On ne peut se reposer sur des soudures bord à bord ! Sinon un conseil : apprends à souder l'alu. Ça te permettra de faire une structure plus légère et donc de la renforcer sans l'alourdir.

For stability and ease of driving, I would have given the wheels negative caster. Not to say your implementation doesn't work, but I think the smoothness and ease of driving in a straight line would have been nice.
